The successful candidates will play an integral role at Brilliant Mind Wellness, serving as the public face of the company. We are seeking individuals who possess, or are committed to developing, a very positive outlook on life, confidence, openness to new concepts, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to skillfully guide clients from their past to their future, with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Additionally, we seek individuals who are passionate about maximizing human potential.

 

Responsibilities:

​

• Enjoy and excel at working with individual clients or in group settings.

• Understand the various psychological needs of clients and guide them through relevant modalities to progress forward.

• Determine and develop each client's progress timeline, guiding clients through the process and being flexible in adjusting progress schedules.

• Refer clients to other professional services when needed.

• Maintain clear and insightful record keeping.

Qualifications:

​

• Registered professionals in good standing with professional associations.

• Coaching certificate is a plus; skilled at guiding clients with the right questions.

• Excellent team player who enjoys collaborating with Brilliant Mind's team of experts from various disciplines.

• Understand and able to incorporate the importance of mind-body connection, positive psychology, and growth mindset.
